When you complete a request we collect your name, email address, the type of assistance you are interested in, a short description of your request, your preferred contact method, a short indication of your style and preferences and, optionally, your timeframe.
Your information is used only to understand and personalise your request, and to reply to you. It is never sold, published or shared with third parties for marketing.
Where a request requires it — a restaurant, a chef, a property owner — we share only the minimum detail needed to arrange it, and never more than necessary.
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to assist you. You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information you have given us by writing to hello@amzelia.com.
